NAHMIAS offers a 14-day return window for all eligible items, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original packaging materials and designer tags.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
